SHIPPING

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we aim to despatch orders within 1-5 days after the order has been submitted. However, please note that during special releases, major holidays and sale periods this may take longer. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

We ship our products from ITALY.

Fulfilment Time: 1-4 days 

Italy shipping time: between 1 to 7 days

Europe shipping time: 4 to 8 business days

Rest of the world shipping time: 7 to 15 business days

Every order is traceable by tracking number. 

We partner up only with the top courier companies to provide the best delivery experience (DHL – UPS – Fedex). 

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the courier service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

On some orders you might be asked to pay some Customs fee depending on your address country. SAVACHI is not responsible for any tax or custom fee.

We recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.

Overseas orders:

Overseas shipping times vary greatly depending on which country you are located in.
Every countries customs is different and the time of release on your order/package is based solely on your countries customs.
Please note that SAVACHI® is not responsible for custom fees or taxes in your country.
Providing us with correct delivery and billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your goods delivered as quickly as possible.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
1.) Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
2.) Leave fields blank if they don’t apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter “n/a,” “not applicable”.
3.) Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the address line 2 field; use the provided city and state fields instead.


Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@brigamind.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the changes, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.


Delivered but not delivered:
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.


Customs fees, tariff, vat, duties & taxes:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. This means when ordering from brigamind.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
If the recipient refuses the package, unwilling to pay customs fees or package is deemed undeliverable, an additional return shipping charge and accrued customs fees will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; BRIGAMIND® has no control over these charges, nor can BRIGAMIND® predict what they may be. Also, BRIGAMIND® will not reimburse for these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
